I genuinely had no idea about this. It almost sounds like the way listing agencies — Yelp, etc — render their platform worthless by having a “pro” tier which gets you pushed up the listings… except everyone’s paying and moving nowhere, and being a free user is a waste of time.
Fiverr really does come across as a clueless organisation with many of its decisions, this included. Also, I would be very interested to know what major brands are using Fiverr to, one assumes, manage their brand? I can’t see any successful business going through a bidding site to rebrand?
